Privacy
Donor data stays on your computer. The spreadsheet you paste, the letters, and the PDF/Word files are all generated inside your browser. The “Email this donor” button simply opens your own mail program with the letter pre-filled — we never send email on your behalf. Nothing you paste is uploaded to our servers. We save a copy in your browser's local storage so your work survives a page refresh ; clearing your browser data removes it.
No payments are taken. The site does not sell anything at the moment: your first batch is free and the planned subscription only has a waitlist. No card details are collected.
Free-batch check. To remember that this browser already used its free batch, we keep a small record in your browser's local storage and a cookie: the date, the number of letters and short one-way codes made from donor names (so re-downloading the same batch stays free). It never leaves your browser. We also send anonymous usage events (for example "free batch completed") with a random ID created in your browser, the letter count and the export type — never donor names, amounts, addresses or your file. We do not fingerprint devices.
Analytics. The hosting platform records basic page-view analytics (page visited, approximate location, browser). No donor information is included.
Contact form. If you write to us through the Contact page, we store your name, email, organization and message privately so we can reply. We do not add you to any mailing list.
Subscription waitlist. If you join, we store the email you enter (required) and any optional details you add (name, organization, role, how often you send letters), the number of letters on screen and the random browser ID above. If you submit the same email twice we keep one entry. Nothing is charged and no card is taken. We use the email only to tell you when the subscription opens; write to us via the Contact page any time to be removed.
Questions or refunds. Use the Contact page.
